Cool Ubuntu theme
The theme I run on my Ubuntu machine is Orange-LinstaBlackPlastic which can be found here. It is a dark theme with a reddish/orange color for the toolbar.
So to install this theme just download it and save it to your computer (default save location is your desktop). Then from your menu bar click System, Preferences, Appearance.
Once the Appearance program opens click on the Theme tab and then click the Install button in the lower right hand corner. From there you just find the theme that you want to install and click open. Once that is done you should see your newly installed Theme as an option in your theme menu, just click on it and the theme should be applied in a couple of seconds. You can also just drag and drop the theme tar.gz file from the desktop to the Appearance program.
